Works like the Dr. Office, with some care I like it.
I like this product, and have achieved great success for the two times I've used in over quite a few years. This comment is about it's use this last week.I used a razor blade to trim off excess skin. I'm not worried about how it feels or bleeding, you might like to use and emery board etc. I trimmed the area right to that little cluster of dots and it was sensitive. Follow their directions to the letter before going off changing things a little like I did. Prior to applying take a minute to look at exactly where you want to put this thing so you cover the area in question and don't just freeze a spot for fun which it's not. Decide where your part in question will be resting to apply this and practice how your applicator hand movements will carried out If you press this thing on firmly, I pressed hard, you will feel sore but then about a minute after you remove it and things warm up you will be wide awake for that one. It's just like when you get something real cold in the winter ie feet/hands and when you warm them up they hurt. Now this is how I got the most out of this device after previously having treatment done by my Dr. with his much larger freeze machine. I found that after pressing hard for one minute I had a very nice white, very cold, and very numb ring with two of those little dot clusters well with in the ring. About a minute later as it warmed that brief sore feeling came and went. After a couple days I had a nice blister with blood inside. A couple days later I had a hard dry blister which pretty much came off on it's own with those little dots in the middle of it. I found more dots on the new skin underneath but they were dead and came right out. Worked the same as going to my Dr. right down to that last blister.

This Stuff Really Works!
I have been battling an extremely stubborn, very large wart for awhile now on the bottom of my foot. Prior to purchasing the Dr. Scholl's wart remover, I had tried everything from over-the-counter salicylic acid to duct tape to cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen) at the doctor's office. Everything helped, especially the multiple treatments of liquid nitrogen, but my wart was still there and wouldn't completely go away. I walk a lot so it gets a bit uncomfortable occasionally and I just wanted this wart to go away. Rather than going to the doctor's office again, I found this product on Amazon and, since it had great reviews and the price was excellent, I ordered it immediately. This wart remover really works well and I am pleased with the results. The kit comes with a can of dimethyl ether and propane, seven disposable applicators, and the activator. I have used a total of three of the applicators and the product has really made a difference! It works in a similar way to liquid nitrogen because it basically freezes the wart. For me, it was a little uncomfortable when my husband applied it to my foot but I also knew that it was doing its job. Shortly after it was applied, I was able to walk around barefoot with no problems.I currently still have a tiny part of the wart left but it is almost gone, thanks in part to this wart remover! If you are considering purchasing this for a wart, I highly recommend this product. The price we paid for it and the results we have gotten from it have been worth it for us. I would also suggest reading the included instruction book carefully. The print is fairly small but the product works best when it's applied correctly. If I ever have a wart to treat in the future, I will definitely be purchasing the Dr. Scholl's Freeze Away Wart Remover. This stuff really works well!

Not strong enough for my warts
I can't speak for everyone, but I've had a wart on my foot for some 5 years and finally decided to try to get rid of it. This didn't work at all. If you've got one that you think is pretty hearty, you're better off going into a dermatologist and they'll hook you up with freezey blow torches and blistering ointment stuff to really get rid of them.If you have a wart that's relatively young and you think wouldn't be too tough to get rid of, this might work for you. It was certainly super cold and seemed like it should have worked if my wart wasn't so stinking stubborn.
