This is my favorite primer. It is lightweight, blurring, pore minimizing and gives a nice soft matte look. It doesn't sparkle or glitter. It is just nice and soft. I typically buy it locally, but no one seems to have it in stock. Amazon's price is about a buck more - but I was able to order and got it in a few days. I highly recommend this primer. For reference, I am 57 with good combination skin. I do have a few wrinkles and this does not sink in and showcase them.

This primer has been a lifesaver! I am an avid makeup wearer but as a surgical assistant I must wear PPE masks everyday. When I include this in my usual routine (moisturizer/oil, primer, foundation & concealer, then powder, etc…) my makeup stays on all day despite my masks and sweat. Very impressive and will definitely be buying again!!!

I was looking for a primer that would be an affordable dupe for Hourglass Veil. This certainly did not disappoint, as it is very close, if not the same, as the Hourglass. Very silky and lightweight, which is exactly what I was hoping. The only drawback is that it sometimes separates within the tube, and comes out like the liquid didn't mix with the primer part (if that makes sense). AND, funny, that Hourglass does the exact same thing. It works better if you keep turning the tube over or upside down in between uses. Either way, this is working for me, and I will definitely repurchase.

I love the feel of this specific primer. It makes my skin feel really silky and my makeup stays put.

For the size and price point of this primer and claims, I was not impressed. Didn’t minimize my pores and I felt like I needed A LOT of this product to cover my face because it was thick and didn’t glide and spread like others do. It made my face matte after applying which didn’t help with foundation applying smoothly after. It’s also a white creme that left a cast on my face (i have a light medium complexion). Just a pass. It’s a decent enough primer but not for this price point and size. The thing is tiny... Do yourself a favor and purchase Niacinamide serum form Naturium and use as primer instead. It smooths out skin and minimizes pores for $15. Thank me later. It’s my saving grace.Also I paid $16 for this... i keep going back and prices vary. It was on sale for $13... now $14? What’s up with that? ALSO, I tried to return the product and surprise! NO RETURNS allowed although it said free returns on Amazon the day I purchased it. (And I know it did because that’s something I look for every time) if not I don’t purchase, especially something I’m not familiar with. I’m so disappointed in the way they can just change policy over night. I’m not satisfied with this product and I have a right to my hard earned money. Anyway, that’s my two cents, if you wanna try it best to purchase at target or something...

I ran out of the primer that I normally use which I purchased at Ulta beauty. I saw a YouTube review of various products, and NYX was recommended. I already use their corrected and really like it so I thought I would try it. This primer goes on like silk and gives my skin a very smooth finish under your foundation. It’s much less expensive than the Ulta beauty product, which I think was also called veil and it does a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

This primer is great at smoothing complexion as a base for makeup. It’ll easy to apply and is fragrance free.
