Not enough opacity for my liking
Good value, does the job of preparation but if used to prep an old canvass, falls short, leaving the old painting still visible. I would not buy again as I often reuse canvasses.

Great product for preparing your items to decorate
I bought this as I have just started making slate coasters with decoupaged pictures on them.This prepares the coasters well.The only niggle is that it takes a tad too long to dry between coats. I’ve tried the cool hairdryer method and they still felt tacky after a good blast .

Gesso
I like that it can be used on most surfaces. But when it arrived the top of the bottle was slightly squashed and the seal was lose, not great for a product that is not cheap.I won't be buying that brand of gesso again, just in case the same thing happens again. Very disappointed.
