Q: What all is included in the package?

Eat speculum and a usb lead is included. It is a very good investment. Highly recommended.

Q: does come with software?

It came with software that made it compatible with my MacBook Air running OS X v. 10.8.4 Mountain Lion. The company emailed the software to me, though I think it may now be available on their website if it's not packaged with the device.

Q: is it possible to attach an insufflator to this?

In my appreciation it is not possible.

Q: how big is the cable??? i mean length, because it is wired product, am i right??

It's a standard 6ft mini usb cable. I haven't found it cumbersome. I use the Firefly daily.
