How do I see the size?

45.5cm * 35.6cm or for those of you in the american system 19.5 in * 14 in

My son is 16 months and wears size 5 of diaper. Where do I see the size of the prefold diaper?

I’m not sure of the size, but I tried these on my 5 month old who was in a size 2 at the time and I sent them back because I thought they were way too small and thin.

Is the middle section of the diaper thicker than the two side panels? Or are they the same thickness all over?

They are thicker in the center. Vendor claims 3 plys. They are much rougher than what I owned before but nowadays the options are much more limited as the disposables are much more prevalent. Hope this helps you.

Are the layers sown together?

Yes they are sown together. I bought these for spit ups for my grandson and awhile ago, they've held up well so far.
