Yes. It stays on until you take it off. I have used it for years and I love it. My eyes tend to water and I don't have to worry about my mascara running and giving me black eyes.

I SAVE THEM JUST THE WAY THEY COME IN THE PACKAGE UNOPENED UNTIL READY TO USE,,,ANOTHER TIP VERY VALUABLE I ALWAYS PUT THE DATE I OPEN MY MASCARA ON THE TUBE, YOU CAN ONLY USE MASCARA AT LEAST 3 MONTHS,,I'VE GONE 6 NO MORE,, U CAN USE WATER PROOF MARKER. I HOPE THIS WILL HELP.

Not sure but it is Hypoallergenic and suitable for contact lens wearers and It doesn’t flake. This is far superior to most mascaras on the market! The price is very reasonable as well.
