I purchased this product as a way of helping my mother water her garden without filling up a watering can all the time. In this respect, it has done the job to an outstanding degree. It has multiple different nozzles for spraying from weak showers, to drips, to full blown jets as well as a little adjustable gauge to throttle the water flow as required. It also has a handy trigger-lock so you don't need to hold the handle down continually.The reason I haven't given this five stars however is due to both the weight and the flexibility of the sprinkler. Both of these reasons I can understand - one of the primary functions of this is to be able to be set on a lawn at a specific angle and hold itself in position. This does however make it difficult for older individuals to handle the object in a large garden as a hose-sprinkler, and the stiff arm is difficult to adjust too.That doesn't begrudge me the product. I think it's a quality item as does she, and our point of view is very situational. Mileages may vary but for the best part, this has been a fantastic addition to our garden.

Great idea but poor quality. Worked great for the first few uses and for some reason is now leaking from the handle which gets you soaked every time the thing is used. I can see no screws or obvious ways of opening the handle to see if it’s an easy fix so it’s now completely useless! Contacting seller for a refund or replacement.

This falls into the category of 'What's this for?' devices. It replaces the simple sprinkler gun and adds a foot or so to its length and hence, reach, and - being Hozelock - mates perfectly with the Hozelock garden hose and fittings, so no leaks.Its major advantage, apart from the versatile rotating shower head that provides everything from a gentle misting to a force 9 storm, is reach. The head and connecting flexible pipe are lightweight, so you can get those pesky wallflowers, lurking near the fence at the back of the rose bed, without having to stand on the mud or lean so far you're almost horizontal.If you already know Hozelock, you'll know they're good but not cheap. But for what it cost (in the deal of the day, anyway) this is superb value and a great addition to the watering systems you may already have.

I’m amazed how fantastic this flexi spray/sprinkler gun is. It’s such a simple idea, to add a couple of feet of flexible hose to the spray but it makes such a difference. The spray itself is great .. a gentle and thorough watering, and the full flow has a good long range. The ability to control the flow from 50% to 100 % at the spray gun is very useful indeed and the extra length flexi hose enables you to water precisely on and around each plant. No more drenching the whole bed, encouraging weeds lurking in between plants. I’m sure I use less water and with more effect. The flexi hose also reaches between leaves and branches of plants to ensure water gets to those at the back. All that in itself would be fantastic, but I’ve also gained a lawn sprinkler as a bonus, when you bend the flexi hose into a curl. A very simple idea that is very very useful. I’m really delighted I bought it.

Second one of these I've had. Such a neat idea, but seems to be plagued by quality issues. First one the sprinkler head cracked, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt having been outside over winter. Second one leaks terribly from the handle when the trigger is pressed, with cold water tumbling over my hand and shoes. I see other reviews saying the same, suggesting there's a design and/or quality control issue at play.
