I recently got the De’Longhi, and it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. It’s compact, stylish, and makes delicious coffee with minimal effort.Design & Build QualityThe machine has a sleek and modern design, fitting perfectly in small spaces. The pressure system extracts the coffee well, giving a nice crema on top.Ease of UseIt’s super easy to use—just insert a capsule, select hot or cold, and let it do its magic. Cleaning is also straightforward since the removable parts are easy to rinse. The water tank is small, so I do have to refill it often, but that’s expected with a compact machine.

I was looking for an affordable coffee machine for a rented apartment and found Dolce Gusto. With those machines, we pay very little for the device itself but eventually offset the cost with expensive pods. Over a year, it only stopped working once – the water delivery needle got clogged. I dropped an email for support, and they helped me resolve the issue on my own promptly. Therefore, honest five stars for customer service.The coffee machine is ok, but a few thoughts below:- Coffee comes out tasty and reasonably hot.- The pod selection is limited. Usually, Nescafe, Starbucks, and Costa pods are expensive in supermarkets.- Water continues to drip slowly out of the pod after making coffee. So, if you need to make let's say two Cafe Au Laits in a row, you have to discard the first pod into the sink before throwing it in the trash. Otherwise, there will be half an ounce of water in the trash.- Pods are quite large and take up a lot of space. This is the biggest drawback for me.- Recycling is tricky. You can't just throw out pods in regular recycling bins, so extra effort is required.- Although the device is made of good plastic, the machine looks cheap.- The water container allows you to make only three cups.- It is quite noisy.After 14 months of using it, I am considering the original Nespresso instead. The device is more expensive, but in return, you get a much wider selection of coffee, and the pods are more compact, slightly cheaper, and more widely recyclable.

I love the product and everything comes with it. Easy, tastety and verry affordable. Helps me with our bussy mornings and gives me happiness on my me time.
