A new take on the ancient Ayurvedic concepts of food and health for a modern world
I’ve been into health including nutrition for a long time; however, I had very little knowledge of Ayurveda. Reading this book has certainly changed that! The author writes in a very clear, engaging and practical way. The book is packed with thought-provoking concepts that have literally changed the way I view and choose food. Plus, I feel great! If you're into health and nutrition, or looking for an escape from diets and calories, I highly recommend this well-written book!

I am no expert in Ayurvedic nutrition. I found this book well rounded for everyone. There is a lovely checklist to discover your own Ayurvedic constitution. The lay out makes it very easy to read and understand. Recommend for anyone interested in Ayurvedic nutrition. The author seems to be a master of wisdom on this topic.

Ayurvedic principles applied to nutrition.
This is an excellent book that covers both the nutritional aspect and Ayurvedic discipline with regard to food and proper eating habits—especially for maintaining a healthy weight without dieting. I highly recommend.

I have been a vegetarian for decades. While I appreciate some aspects of this book, there are other concepts I need to think more about.
