Amazing product! Good quality, bought for my Sporster 883 Iron, i dumped my bike a few times by accident and it protected a lot, I did get some scratches on my left mirror and my back rear turning light but is no big deal that's easy fix. Overall I'm happy with my purchase! Highly recommend!

The unit I got fits the sportster 48 perfectly! No adjustments necessary, no need to buy extra bolts (I’d only recommend some thread lock). I was able to easily install out of the box (no manual provided though but you can find howtos on YouTube) looks awesome as well, matching with the glossy tank from the 48. great value for money!

Addresses up the bike

Based on the reviews I planned ahead so I purchased the right threaded screws. When the product arrived it was extreamly easy to install and the screws that came with it worked just fine. Looks great on my bike and most important it protects me and the bike, Just in case!!!

This is a nice looking engine guard / crash bar. It seems sturdy. It fits my '09 Sportster 1200L well. The only problem I ran into was the same that others have mentioned, the bolts for the lower mount were WRONG. It's hard to believe that the manufacturer wouldn't have clued in to this by now. As several other reviewers already stated, you need to buy two 3/8" 16 x 1" bolts for the lower mounts to avoid stripping the threads. Other than that I am very satisfied. It would have been a 5 star rating if not for the bolts (and how long people have been complaining about it without it being corrected by the manufacturer).

I am a new rider and these were easy for my husband to install I have laid my motorcycle over a couple times now and they did their job of protecting my engine would recommend to everyone

These crash bars are amazing for so many reasons! They are easy to install…my husband and I installed them together with not problems. They also look great! My 2021 Harley Iron 1200xl looks great with these!Just a couple months after installing them on my bike I crashed my bike on a country road. I slid about 80 feet or so on the right side of my bike. The crash bars kept me off the road and I escaped with limited injuries, mostly ligament damage to my right leg. Had I not had these crash bars helping keep my body from being pinned between the road and the bike, I would have surely had significantly more serious leg injuries! Thank you for making a reliable product that literally saved my life! I HIGHLY recommend these crash bars!
