Hi, Yes I do think it could fit an ankle - it is adjustable. However, I think it would need to be quite a slim ankle. I have size 3 feet, and can just fit it over my foot and then tighten it around my ankle. Hope that's helpful.

If you pull the two main straps they should pull wider, then to make them small if thou pull the two ends they should tighten, if that makes sense
