We can meditate anywhere!
I learned through this book that I can meditate anywhere, for any length of time (even just a few minutes) and still become more focused, more serene, more present. The story of the author's development and growth is fantastic, and show that all we need is the desire to learn and improve, the curiosity and open-mindedness to seek and incorporate gems from other cultures into our daily life.It is interesting to learn through his writing how mindfulness is being scientifically researched and how its effects can be seen in lab experiments. His lofty goal of teaching mindfulness through the masses through more time-efficient means (as opposed to years of study) may indeed be achieved soon.

Everyone should read this.
Shinzen Young writes with such clarity about a topic that is prone to argument, discussion, and confusion. I find his teachings and this book to be extraordinary.
