The faucet feels very sturdy (and is on the heavier side), the look is modern and it was easy to install both the faucet and the drain. I've installed many bathroom faucets over the years and can say this was a simple one as long as your connection points for hot and cold water are less than around 20" from the countertop because the supply lines are included (unlike one I bought from another hardware store). The chrome finish is very nice, though water spots do show if you don't wipe them away (blame it on the flat surface of the top of the faucet). The faucet is quiet when water is running through it (had no idea that my prior FAUCET had been the source of the noise and not the pipes in the wall). I'd buy this again happily!

I bought two faucets in January of 2020. They look and work great but one faucet started leaking a bit at the handle. I contacted their customer service (Mar, 2023). They were very responsive and helpful. After some troubleshooting, the leak didn't stopped so they sent me a new one very quickly. They honored their 5-yr warranty without any problem.

Still in the midst of remodeling but just got these installed. I was skeptical because I did not recognize the brand but they are beautiful, heavy, good quality and love the pop up drain. My only complaint was with Amazon. I bought them on a Friday and Monday the price dropped by $17 each with a savings of over $50. I called and they would not credit the difference I had to re-buy and send back. Not a smart thing to do considering shipping cost they incurred. Not sure why they don't price match their own products? Other than that I recommend these to anyone!!

Did my research for a faucet to accompany a new vanity and didn’t want to go too cheap or too expensive. This seemed like a great balance of quality at a reasonable price and it is exactly that. Plumber installed this with new vanity with no issues. It is so sleek looking and very sturdy faucet. Matches the nickel finishes on my new vanity. Definitely recommend for that sturdy faucet with a modern look at a reasonable price.

Worked great. A bit better than my previous faucet that looked the same. Water lines turned with pressure fittings which others didnt have. Preferred all brushed finish but joint under handle is more chrome than brushed but that is nit picking really. Faucet was flawless otherwise. Love the drain covers too. Big and worked fine.

Well made. No plastic. I had to use plumbers puddy and the plumbers tape to get a good seal. Once I did that I had no leaking.

These faucets looked good, but within a 2 week period, they all started leaking. Would not recommend.

We were surprised and impressed with the heavy and sturdy feel of this faucet. My contractor husband, who thought we were settling for some generic low-grade faucet, was quite pleased with the quality.We needed to cover up the other two faucet holes in the sink deck, so we purchased an estucheon / deck plate to convert our sink top for this one-hole faucet. The chrome on the estucheon was more yellow than this Alwen faucet, plus the rounding on the edges and corners bothered me because this faucet has very sharp edges, so the plate did not match. We ended up purchasing three more estucheons before we finally found one that matched this faucet sufficiently. So for anyone else that may be looking for estucheons to match this faucet, the one that worked close enough was iVIGA. The three estucheons that we are returning are BATHFINESSE, Homevacious, and TNROTED. And for the folks at Alwen, you might consider selling an estucheon to match this faucet directly from your company so we can get an exact match.

Well packaged, solidly made faucet. Easy to install with everything provided. It was perfect for our square themed bathroom. All the edges are perfectly square.

After returning a faucet that was subpar, I did a bit of research on Alwen. Great reputation and reviews. Based in the US. However, the faucet was made in China. However, you can tell that Alwen outsourced to a good company and is actively involved in quality control. The faucet came ready to install with the water lines (speedways) pre-attached. The under sink fitting is solid unlike some of the brittle stuff I've seen. 3 minutes from installation to cleaning my hands.

Honestly can't think of anything bad to say about this product!All great: Packaging, quality, install, look.Only suggestion I would make is to have longer hot & cold lines (extra 4").

Installing this on new vanity; complements high end updated appearance, easy to use, clean, with excellent flow/pressure. Love it!
