Useful telecom cabinet key, but I prefer the tamper-proof hex L-wrench set instead.
It has two ends of different sizes, both are "security" or "tamper-proof" style hex - like an Allen Wrench but with a hole in the middle. For those locks/bolts that have a hex indentation with a pin in the middle. Mostly used for telecom cabinets. Fits in the end of a can-wrench or other 5/16 hex deep-socket like a spark-plug socket bit. Useful enough, but you can't get much leverage on a can wrench with your bare hands so I prefer to just use the 5/16" security hex wrench that I bought in another kit that includes more wrench sizes FOR LESS MONEY: Bondhus 48332 Tamper Resistant Hex L-Wrenches, Set of 8

Great security bit for standard can wrenches.
This bit is perfect to use to open security screws on an ONT cabinet and DLC cabinets with a security hex head. I have ordered many of these for my field techs to use on their can wrenches and they all cannot be without them. It attaches to the 3/8" side of your standard can wrench and stays inserted with a tension ring. You can lose it if not careful, but stays put pretty well. I was so happy to find these with two of the sizes we use for most of our applications. Will definately purchase again when we need more.

I works great !!!
Fits great in my can tool. I was worried it wouldn't stay in the tool but it does. Snaps in to the can tool like a socket does on a ratchet. Recolmind this to all my work colleagues.

Great addition to have.
Just order my second one because it fell out my bag into a customers huge unorganized toolbox. Other than that is comes in handy when removing the old antiquated Voice Ports from homes while on the job.

I like this tool, but...
I really like this tool because it allows me to carry two-less tools in my bag. It's very well built, fits nicely in a 216-tool (can-wrench), and fits snugly so that you won't lose it.If I had my choice, instead of the small payphone security wrench, I would have the 5 sided Purcell security key on that end since I work a lot of cell sites now. That is the only thing keeping this from getting 5-stars.The service was great, this shipping was FAST, the price was good for telecom tools.

Great but why the price jack??
Works as should. Very convenient. Makes a can wrench a 2 in 1 tool.I originally bought one for $5 and now it’s $12????? No thanks! I’ll get by without a second one!

I lost one and couldn't believe I found this. Super happy. Wish it was a lil cheaper but nevertheless I got a new one.
