This mixer is the cat's meow and the best mixer on the market!
I'm so glad I bought this Bosch mixer! It mixes dough and cake mixes so perfectly! It's pricey but so worth it! And I am glad I am able to pay for it in installments. Run and don't walk to buy this mixer. I bought several of the attachments and each one work so excellently! I will have this for many many years to come, and I'm so glad I bought it. I would give it 100 stars if I could! I highly highly recommend this Bosch mixer!!!!!!!!

So happy with this purchase
I have had a KitchenAid for many years and I loved it. Recently a bagel recipe proved to be too much for her. There was smoke and the smell of burning oil. I felt it was time to change. Bosch day one, I made a double bread recipe. No problem and no hand kneading required. Window pane level kneading from the machine. No mess. Loads into the top. So far I have been able to load liquids, and quick mix, then half flour and mix about a minute. Wait 30 mins then add remaining flour while it runs on level one. Once it pulls away and collects, stop adding flour let knead maybe 10 minutes. All my old recipes are coming out better. Double and triple batches are no problem. Thrilled with the results.

Great Mixer for large Capacity
I hated my Kitchen aid, I found the Bosch on TiKTok and searched all the videos. This is a very powerful motor. The downfall is so far, the whipping paddles squeak. It does not handle small loads well. I love the bowl scrapping feature since this is what I hated about the Kitchen Aid. After another couple of months I will come back with more Pro's and Con's.

Bosch stand mixer
The Bosch stand mixer is built for volume which I'm happy with. It mixes 10 Cups of flower/water etc. into a dough quickly and efficiently. I ordered the baker's package and the attachments were just placed into the mixer's box, moving around and damaging the small attachment boxes. Everything came out OK but the box design for this combination can use some evaluation or the attachments for the baker's package should be packed into another box for safe transport. Overall I'm impressed with the power of this appliance.

Bummer, Cheap plastic paddles break easily
My wife was so excited about this mixer. We've had. Kitchen Aid for 10 years and she wanted something that can hold more. We thought this would be the solution. Unfortunately, the second time she used it, the cookie paddles broke. She was using it on mashed potatoes with melted butter. So we ordered more paddles thinking it was a one time thing. The very next time she used it to make gingerbread cookies, both paddles broke. Why aren't these made with metal? The dough hook is metal and it works great. We would be willing to pay more for the option of metal cookie dough paddles.

Disappointed
I bought this mixer in 2019,it has broken twice, mixing cookies the last time, all the (plastic) underneath the shaft broke.I don’t think they make this 8 quart mixer anymore.I so hoped it would last forever….😢

Best mixer I’ve ever used.
This is an awesome deal with the separate cake and cookie paddles, bowl scrapers, and cookie mats. These Bosch mixers can do it all in a very tidy way: whip cream; beat egg whites for meringue; mix cookies, cake, bread dough, smoothie’s in the blender…and now make ice cream in the available ice cream attachment (which I have not used yet, but excited to do soon). Been using Bosch my whole life…just keeps getting better!

Disappointed unfortunately
1st I have to say I did a lot of research between this mixer and a few others ultimately bought this one based on reviews but I'm so disappointed in it. The base and bowl look sturdy and great but looks are not everything. all the attachments are plastic which is ridiculous for one, two if you bake 1 to 2 loaves of bread just about everyday forget getting this mixer the small batch of dough attaches itself to the center and goes in circles top it off I liked the idea of the bowl scraper attachment but guess what you can't use it with the dough hook I was so disappointed in that because that was one of the main reasons i chose this machine. I have to stop the machine scrape the bowl every so often and that's disappointing. The size of the bowl is great the cleaning is easy but being as straight forward and to the point as I can be I'm really not happy with this expensive purchase wish i had bought the kitchenaid mixer instead. And for those who stated the machine is sturdy well I can tell you from experience if you use speed 2 or 3 the entire machine wobbles suction cups or not don't matter what you do it wobbles as it mixes. Of course this is only my 1 opinion but i felt i needed to put my personal experience out there. over $600 purchase is not a joke
