Hero ArtsAF308 Ink, Ombre Tide Pool to Navy

Perfect colors for river, ocean or sky. I have found that many of the Hero Arts Ombre stamp pads separate along the lines between colors, and this is no exception. Since I do not want to muddy the colors, the separation causes a tiny area to not get inked unless I'm super careful. I believe this is the prettiest Ombre ink pad.

I’m on the fence with this product. First when using the pad you have to take your stamp and press it down twice to avoid a voided line going across your stamp. Second the sticker shows a graduation from blue to teal. The teal is more of a green color. The inks are dark and the pad is nicely saturated but that line business has me marking it down to a 3 star...possibly 2. Sometime I notice you get less than perfect products when you order them through Amazon so maybe next time I’ll order them directly from manufacture to see if there is any difference.

I was disappointed that this ink pad was pretty dry. Maybe I just got one that was on the shelf for a while. I will try again since Hero Arts usually makes products that I like.

I was having some trouble getting rid of the "stripes" other reviewers have described, I'm an amateur stamp user myself. The ink pad itself is not one piece, but rather three solid stripes of color so to get a more blended look, I started gently wiggling my stamp across the three stripes before I used it and I end up with really great ombre effects! It just takes a little finagling but I've been happy with the results!

Hero arts has some of the best inks I've used. These ombre inks are so pretty and I've never had any trouble. Yes you have to "shimmy" them up a little and down a little for a smooth ombre effect but it's quite easy. I have the pink/peachy one and the tide pool one which looks so mermaid like. I love them both and have had the peach one for quite a while.

Hero Arts Ombre inks are incredible, The way the colors work together and you can use each color on it's own makes it a great value. If you don't like to color, like me , these help so much. I like to color but am not very good and this is a great solution. the colors are vivid and turn out so well. These are a great investment for card makers lie me.

I was not able to blend these ink colors together. Maybe this is my unskilled ability or I needed more practice (much more), but it was rather discouraging for me. I did like the combination of colors together.

Love these ink pads! The ombre is pretty cool. When you open the ink pad, it actually looks like 3 distinct ink pads, but the result looks really nice - like it's actually fading. The ink is just the right amount of wet, but not too wet that it messes up the design. I really like the ombre ink pads!

I am very disappointed in the way this ink functions. The ink pad is very wet and the stamping impressions bleed out and become so blurry you can barely recognize what the stamp is. Awful. Will be returning.

I chose this as my first Ombre ink pad, it worked as well as I expected and was awesome as all Hero arts products are.

Tres bien, il faut seulement bien penser lors de l'encrage à déplacer l'encreur à chaque fois que vous tamponnez votre stamp pour bien creer l'effet dégradé. sinon un léger soucis sur un des 3 encreurs qui se décolle du socle.
