Not water tight.
One headlight got water in it after less than a month. I even sealed them with marine sealant before installing them. Overall I’m not very happy with a foggy headlight.

Item failed
The seals failed on the headlights within 2 weeks . Now I'm stuck with a headlight that looks just like the one I replaced.
