Effective steam iron
Manged to iron the wrinkles even from thick cotton fabric. Gets to the required temperature very fast. The steam rush is also effective.

Don't buy. No service center and customer care in India. Totally waste of money.
Please don't buy any steam iron of Black n Decker. They haven't any service centre and customer care number in India. My iron is leaking water but unable to lodge even a complaint. The customer care no. Provided me by email is a wrong no.

Worst option to go for it. Just had 1month of purchase and now it not working. Amazon is not helping for warranty directly asking to visit brand customer care yourself

Not Recommended
Writing review after 1.5 yr of usage.The iron blade coating got removed leaving black stickiness and now leaving stains on my clothes now. Product is still under warranty still this is the condition.I’d suggest to go for Bajaj or Philips when it comes to Steam Iron.

Poor quality product
The iron box thermostat controls are bad does not set to a temperature, smoke emits from the side and bottom . The bottom plate getting burned and gets a black color at the bottom plate. Request you to either rectify the problem or if the product quality is bad please exchange with a better product

Poor buy
I bought his iron in the last week of nov 2020 amd it’s just the 20th feb 2021 , the iron has stopped working .Ever since it came it never heated very well , I always had problem taking out the crease from the clothes . Wld be great if this iron cld be replaced
