Hi, recently we only have 59 x 20 inch

It looks like you could cut it, and it still would look nice. However, I do believe that the cut edge would need to be sewn.

How long does it take to dry? If water is “contained” how is it uncontained , so to speak.

It took about 20 minutes and no it didn't contain water.

How long is the warranty period on these?

I didn’t get the warranty. But the rug is great! I’ve washed it many times already and it still looks new.
