Works, but..... split audio issue with GMRS radio
Setup is simple with a GMRS Midland radio and factory stereo with AUX input. Issue was that every time I powered up the radio my factory system audio would drop with distortion then slowly come back after a minute and I could use both fine through the factory setup. When turning the radio off, the same drop and distortion would happen again. That is when it occurred to me that the Midland line-out is not headphone or line level, it is technically speaker out and labeled as such. I just did not notice. So I bought this SNI-35 and hooked it up. It did take care of the weird drop and distortion issues. Great! But when hooked up there is a MASSIVE drop in audio volume on the other aux input - again, I have the radio AND an aux input to my factory system - they aux port is factory and usually my phone is going to it. As soon as I unplug the RCA connections on the SNI, audio come way back up. Both adjustment pots are at max clockwise. Does not matter if the GMRS radio is on or not, it simply kills the other input levels. So be warned if you have a setup like mine, it will not work if you are going to an aux input with more than one source. Sadly. But I can not blame the product itself, so five stars since it technically does as it should. I will have to go with another solution.

Works well
I’ve installed this in my 2019 jeep to hook up a new subwoofer in the trunk. It was easy enough attach and to tune. It’s a good starter nd I will definitely upgrade it in the future when I need a little more power.

Good Product
This worked perfect. Connected it to my rear speakers and it provides solid signal to RCA jacks for my powered speaker box.

Works well with some ifs and buts
Bought with high expectations. I bought this to connect my micro CD system to my new amp. Until I got this converter, i was using the headphone output to connect to my amp. The price point was reasonable and would not hurt giving a try.First impression - looks solid. Even has output adjustment. Though the instructions are well written but surprisingly the RCA out did not have any marking to indicate L and R. I had to try use the Balance knob on the amp to find out. For the first time I found a good use of Balance adjustment on amp :-)Performance - impressed that this piece did not induce any huming. But overall I did not find it too great for me. The sound seems to be suppressed on the mid frequency. The highs are sharp.. but I found it too sharp for me. The sound when connecteed to headphone out seemed to be more fuller and richer than the output from this converter.Probably I had an option to compare and thus found the difference. Otherwise if you are just using this with just for purpose of getting RCA out from a high-level output..probably you will be ok.Although now its connected to my amp.. but I may not use it often unless I really need that extra line out option. I will probably be keeping it as standby as i more happy with the sound richness from headphone out.

Good product out of the box!
Good for stock or cheap aftermarket head units.. I'm probably gonna get some heat for this review BUT I originally got this to grab signal in a Bose-equipped GM vehicle. While it did what it was supposed to do, the Bose head unit knee-capps TF out of the low-end bass. So I purchased a higher end LOC with built-in bass restoration for that vehicle which solved my issue on the Bose unit. I've also got a Scion XA with an aftermarket Dual brand 7in touch screen ($60) that has one set of RCA outs.. Just for S&Gs, I tried using the sni-35 on that unit to see if it would sound better, holy cow did it?!?!? It's 100% worth using the sni-35 on cheap aftermarket head units (or at least it was in my case).
