This is a really light mat that folds very neatly in a small pouch. It is great to leave in a backpack of the car because it doesn't take any space. The material is similar to those trekking pack-up lightweight parkas, it's quite thin so in windy conditions it will blow easily. I think if they could put weights around the corners this would be perfect. It's a decent size to sit down a couple of adults and a kid, two kids if you are just sitting down such as in a concert or watching fireworks. Not a lot of room for "picnic" food in the middle of so, but it's not an issue if you just have your plate on the lap. Very easy to clean. I prefer it to common picnic mats because it is very small and easy to clean. When it dries, it all falls off with a bit of a shake but if not the shower head would be fine and you can just leave it on the curtain rail to dry quickly. My other picnic mats took ages to dry and are mostly ruined with damp because of the fabric part. This is thin and not as comfy but more practical if you want something on the go and quick to set up. I think it would be perfect for people who go often on trecks and sit down to watch the landscape, for those going to the beach and wanting to sit down for a bit, students wanting to sit on the grass for the random ray of sunshine, etc.

So easy to carry, durable, super easy to clean & incredibly useful. Ours has been well-used (we bought 2 so our friends can use them on the beach) and looks immaculate.Our friends and family loved ours impressed they purchased one tooA perfect gift for outdoorsy people!

When the package arrived i was immediately surprised by the compact size and how light it was. I figured it was probably going to be small, but i opened it and i was wrong, the thing is really big! I cant speak to its durability as its very thin material, but i can assure you that it is most definitely waterproof. I tested it and the water just pooled on top. When i flicked the water off it was almost instantly dry which is a pretty cool little party trick lol. I love colours and i really love the hook it comes with, you can hook it to anything - a bag or even on your trousers! Its so light that you wont even notice its there. I have a young child and im ALWAYS lugging a million things around and it adds so much weight, but this wont be one of those things you have to decide whether or not to bring, its just too easy! The only downside is when you have to put it back in the pouch, it can be a bit if a pain to get it small again. But after a bit if fiddling i did it on my first try, not bad to be fair! I've spent way longer folding up other picnic blankets that were heavy, bulky and not waterproof so this will absolutely replace them! Good job!

During lock down and outdoor exercise / activities, I've used this a good number of times; and it does exactly as described. I found the mat suitable on the beach, in a grass field; and I've even stood on it to exercise. It's easy to shake off, and I've wiped with a wet cloth with some antibac and it's good as new. Folding isn't too bad, and the product is nice and compact. I'm considering another and think this will be very suitable on beach holidays once the world re-opens for business. I like it. Recommended with no negatives.

So far so good! Tested the waterproofness by running under the tap. Water just beaded straight off so hopefully fully waterproof but can’t say how it will be if sat in/on wet surfaces for a while. Size wise it’s great. Definitely enough for me, husband and son (3). Folds down to be a small enough size and means it can be put in a backpack and forgotten about until needed. I’d recommend for price over the likes of a Matador, purely because that is much more expensive and basically does nothing extra than fold smaller/be slightly lighter

I wish the camo pattern was over the hole thing or at least a natural color but does it's job and doubles up as an emergency tarp so 👍
