This is smoked paprika. It's not fresh, spicy, hot, or overwhelmingly smoky. I used some yesterday in a cast iron pan cooked chicken drumsticks and it worked out just fine.We use a lot of paprika in our home, and mostly it's fresh from Hungarian grocers. However, as far as smoked paprika goes, this will last us a few months and is easy to use from the shaker.Anthony Trendl

Hard to find item here
I have a hard time finding certain spices where I live. This smoked Paprika comes from whole foods and is supposed to be organic. It has a nice smell and taste, so I am happy with it and would buy again.
