I have a HP Officeject 8520e. Everything was working perfect expect fax kept saying no dial tone, NO ANSWER. We put them into both phone jacks in our spectrum modem set up with phone service for fax and nothing worked. After research online (because I wasn’t going to pay HP to fix something that was answered all over the internet for FREE, and was a super easy fix!) I noticed we needed a 2 pin cord not a 4 I bought cords from Walmart that as Amazon pics stated, it’s only for home phones etc it had 4 different colors within the clear phone jack part, this one has two, which is exactly what we needed. Well it got delivered the same day purchased and when I say it worked PERFECT!! Get it if you’re having problems with no dial or answer when faxing. It’s long and works perfect for our fax machine! Great wire that works.

I needed this for my home office. My Wi-Fi modem is several rooms away from my office phone, so I needed the long phone cord.I was able to fasten the cord just above my baseboards in my house. It is a great solution and much cheaper than having someone come to the house and install a phone jack.

Replaced the line to my fax machine with a regular phone cord. Test said it wasn't working and I needed a 2-wire phone cord like what it came with. This cord solved the problem. Hope this helps others with the same problem.

The fact that it came the next day was important. It is only a 2 wire so if you are hooking up through wireless it wont work very well but hard-wired it works perfectly!

Perfect fax line. I got rid of my land line this year and put in a new Ooma phone for my back up phone. I set it up further away from printer/fax without thinking Ioccasionally need to send a fax. This 50 foot line will reach it - so no need to move the phone or the printer.

I needed this cord to move my desk top computer and printer to another room, but I only had one jack. The length was perfect to reach into the other room
