I didn’t know what to expect from this but it seems to be working well. Once I got the right SIM card it connected right away and all my devices are connecting very well.I think it’s a great option for those who like me struggle to get things from telephone companies without difficulty.Recommend this device

I bought this worrying with it being very cheap that it would be rubbish . But it is brilliant , so easy to set up . Use it in the caravan haven’t dropped a signal once . It’s better than my home broadband . 5 stars . I have a virgin SIM card

I bought this as a refurb and was a bit concerned that there could be a problem with it. However everything looked and functioned as new. The only problem I had was that the wrong manual was included (manual was for a 5 series product, this is a 3 series).The manual basically refers you online anyway.. Here, the online setup instructions that you have to follow can be confusing - there are several different passwords to keep track of : the Admin password to manage the router, the Wifi Password, and you will be asked for the SIM password if it has one - however it's not obvious that it's requesting the "SIM" one so it's easy to end up entering one of the others which can be a big problem as after 3 wrong attempts you could inadvertently end up locking your SIM before even using it!Note that the internet ready light (blue when all is OK) will stay red until you enter the SIM pin (if it's required).However, once I had it set up it functioned perfectly. I use it to provide WiFi for 3 security cameras on a small property that doesn't have "real" internet and so far there have been no issues - even when streaming at high res. (obviously this has a lot to do with whatever provider you use, but the Wifi aspect of this works flawlessly). I like the fact it came with an external antenna.Some may not like that it doesn't work with 5G and that its WiFi is only 2.4Ghz, but for the "refurb" price I paid and the fact that I don't need 5G speeds, it is PERFECT!

Works absolutely spot on i run my cctv system a smart TV and my phone off of it and have no issues

This modem worked well, only problem was getting a 4G signal. Most useful was being able to ring the supplier for help.
