My height is 5'3 and I'm 180 lbs and for both tops and bottoms my size is a size LARGE. I have a belly and I have big bat arms and I wanted to make sure what I was ordering fit right!I read the reviews and most of them suggested to size up your original size. So I bought an XLARGE. Now I'm not sure what it was but the bust(where your boobs go) and sleeves were very loose?Don't get me wrong- the waist fit me perfectly. It wasn't snug- it was just right- with a bit of space left. The only thing I was a bit confused about was with the bust and arms/sleeves part because that upper part of the vest was very loose.Idk (maybe I got small boobs lol) but I do have fat arms and almost everytime my arms will not go through the sleeves.... but with this vest, it was so spacious and big. Now, Im not conplaing, it still does the job. Makes a sweat up a storm and I'm not going to return it to get a better size. Its fine as it is. I just felt that maybe ordering it with my original size would have been better so that everything could have fitted tighter and better.But I can't speak for everyone. I know everyone has different body shapes and sizes. This is my own personal opinion. But has anyone else had this problem before?

I am 5’1 210 lbs and also have a almost 3 month old baby, so however many weeks that is postpartum lol I ordered an XXL because my arms seem to always be to big for an XL. This fits like a glove for me though all around and it’s super comfortable. I can feel the tightness which is normal for a waist trainer but it’s not to tight to where I can’t breath or can’t keep it on all day. I wear it all day super comfortably. For the arms it’s just slightly big but I think it’s the best I’m doing lol but it’s not right or to loose I think it’s just right for me. When working out it doesn’t move like sliding up or move out of place, it may sometimes slightly and I mean very slightly move up but not much to where I have to pull it down. This is something I’m definitely glad I purchased cause I haven’t been able to find a waist trainer to fit me so perfectly.

This product does a great job of getting the sweat going! The recommended sizing is waaayy off though, according to my measurements I should have purchased a XXL but after reading the comments I decided to try a size M and it fits perfect. So definitely size down. For reference I am 5’7’’ 190lbs. If you’re looking for something to help you sweat this is it!

This sweat top fits very nicely is very comfortable to me. I have used it several times now and though at the time I didn't feel like I was sweating or getting to hot. When I had taken it off yes I did sweat. It does work to make you sweat. I would not leave this on for to long after a workout or walk or to long after using for your purpose I believe that the sweat would dry up not sure if your body reabsorbs it or just evaporation. Also would not use full sweat gear top and bottom together if you are alone. I could see where someone could possibly over heat and pass out. I use this top itself alone then switch to bottoms if I am alone. You do heat up even if you are not thinking your are to much. STAY hydrated Especially when wearing this or any sweat gear. VERY VERY important. I find it VERY comfortable fits very well as expected on fit chart.

This is absolutely not made of 100% neoprene on inside. The inside material is exactly the same as the outside. Polyester. You are not going to sweat like you would with neoprene.. The smell is absolutely awful. Do not recommend at all. Will be returning.

It’s nice but it can be uncomfortable. Fits almost as expected but I wish it was more stretchy and the longer I wear it it gets itchy possibly because it’s a bit tight on the arms. However, it definitely makes you sweat which is good for the workout and makes you want to work out more. If it had more of a spandex type of material to make it stretchy it would probably be perfect

I have been losing weight and now trying to tone up was making great progress until gym closed for weeks because of pandemic. Obviously gaining a few pounds during ha ha ha I decided to try a sauna shirt to help get me back on track quicker. I have used one in the past and it was velcro it never stayed and wasn't long enough to cover love handles. Wasn't a fan but still wanted one to help as much as it could. When I found this one with the arms I was so excited to try it because my arms and love handles are my two remaining struggle areas. I don't feel like that will be the case anymore with this sauna shirt! I no longer can say I am not a fan of them, this once certainly changed my mind.It is amazing! The arm's are not tight to make it easy to move (so first thought because not very tight will it still make me sweat? Oh boy did it!) which I like because I do a lot of calisthenics in my workout and had no issue moving or running. It is actually long, my lower back is another place I need to thin a bit more and it is long enough to even cover the top of my butt. I believe this is going to be exactly what I need. By the end of my workout I was dripping sweat, I am so happy I bought it. Also, for the price completely worth it! Will be buying a couple more for back up. :)(Bought from my boyfriends acct)

I am a valued customer now. I have the sauna leggings and so I decided to try the sauna suit. Both of them are a perfect fit for each other. I use them during my workouts. What I enjoy about the Sauna Suit is, my gym is usually cold and with the suit, I start sweating during my pre-workout stretches. If you like working out, this is a must.I have the M. When I first received it, I wanted to change the size to S. I am glad I did not. The arms a bit relaxed and that makes it flexible. The waistline too is great. I also use the hook and zip tank top with it. All three together are an amazing combination. They make me drenched with sweat and full of energy 30mins into my workout.Thank you for such usuable workout gears.
