It’s really nice automated Turkish coffee maker, so easy to use, no more need to stay on the stove and no more coffee spills. Just add coffee, press button, go to your guest for a minute or two and come back, you’ll see everything ready.The coffee is so tasty due the to the way the coffee maker boils it couple of times and not over boil it.So easy to use and easy to clean.The only thing that needs to be considered by the manufacturer is1- The alert tone when the coffee is done is so low, it should be higher tone2- Make a 120v option or 120/220v option, I live in a country of 120v and thanks god I already have a 110 to 220v 1000w converter and it worked good, although the converter wattage should be 1200w3- The price is a bit highI’m so happy with itIt came with a Turkish instructions, I emailed the manufacturer for an English version and the responded really fast with the English version pdf manual.
