We bought this in May 2020 to use for a 'lockdown' birthday (due to covid restrictions) have used it 3 or 4 times (its obviously not an every day thing) and on this last occasion, melted the chocolate and set up the machine, it was running fume for a little while but then there was a burning smell from inside. All the chocolate is wasted, the party spoilt and the chocolate fountain useless. Very disappointed.
