How do you power it with a battery, or run wire from ac outlet?.

this device is planned to work with 110v ac not on battery, or via inverter. I plugged it into the mains, but since the electricity where I live is bad (rep-dom) I inserted a small regulator to protect the pressure switch. it works perfectly

What are the preset pressures? Are they adjustable?

Yes adjustable with screw on back of regulator.

Can this item be converted to run off a battery?

You would have to change internal parts to do so.

Is there a 220 volt version?
