GOLDENArtist Colors, GRIPR Tube Opener, Tool for Paint Cap Removal (T15-T)

I have used a wrench in the past to loosen paint caps, often cracking them. This simple tool works beautifully without the pressure of damaging the paint tube cap.

I wished I would have known about this product years ago. It is so much easier to open up my paint lids that have dried it together on the bottle. I was using a knife to try the pry the lid loose enough from the bottle in order for me to take the lid off also hurting my hands in the process. I’m so glad I purchased this product.

It works effortlessly.

I like this Gripr by Golden Artist Colors. Only complaint is that opening it enough to get the tube caps for their Heavy Body Acrylic Paints into the back 2 groove slots is way too difficult. But, in a bind or when the caps are not just stubborn, but downright frozen, it does help. Good for the money spent too.

Sometimes my arthritic hands can't open some of the paint tubes I use. This is awesome! Have no problem gripping the device and it grips the caps for me. So easy!

I have arthritis in my hands so this tool is a must for me.

I found it very disappointing. It only fits the smallest tubes and not work well on them. I do not recommend it.

This little gadget is great. I don’t have the strength in my hands to open stuck paint tubes and this makes it so much easier. Much easier than pliers.

Works well for the intended purpose.

It’s very good at undoing tops of tubes etc high are stuck or difficult to open.
