Are any of these words inappropriate for the classroom?

Accepted Answer

Please see the photo of the kit's word list (it's the 6th photo as of 8/17/2021).  You can determine if there are too many inappropriate words for your class.  I don't think there are any troublesome words, but maybe you will see things differently.  It's also possible to remove words from the kit if you feel they aren't appropriate.  I hope this helps and your kids have fun with the magnets if you decide to get them!

Are these Magnets strong enough to hold up pictures?

Accepted Answer

Using small pictures or lots of magnets can work, but if you're planning to put up large pictures or expecting to only use a few magnets per picture, that probably won't work.  Each tile is strong enough to magnetize its own weight but not much more than that.  I would lean toward answering your question with a 'no' but if you want to try it out, you can always return your magnets if they don't work as you want.

Does this come with the magnet boards pictured?

No, it does not.  This item contains the 660 magnetic tiles and the green box.  The magnet boards are available separately.  Sorry for the confusion!
