These are substantial and hold the camera just fine. But - weirdest thing. I got 2 of these. One works great, the camera detects motion, no issues. However, the two cameras I have attached to the other mount have stopped detecting motion. They were working just fine before I screwed the mount into the camera. I thought the first camera just stopped detecting motion so I tried a different camera. I can't say for certain that the mount messed up the cameras but it seems a bizarre coincidence. Now I have 2 expensive security cameras that won't detect motion even after removing them from the mount (and yes, I did the power cycle, remove device, etc. etc. and nothing works).

Impressive quality. I’m using both from the set and am also comparing it to a third one I bought from a different manufacturer, Holacaand sold from Amazon. The exterior silicone material feels firm to the touch; the stainless steel arm is incredibly robust, strong and solid. I positioned both flexible mounts wrapped around light fixtures and at really odd angles. The steel arm is solid and robust enough that it will hold at just about any shape or angle you form it in, even at towards the end where the camera connects. These are certainly much better than the Holaca brand I also purchased; the Holaca just could not hold its shape, particularly on the extreme ends.

I use it indoors so I can’t speak to its durability in different weather but it does its job very well for me. I did not want to drill or mount anything to any walls so I was looking for something to keep my Arlo in place using some sort of grip or leverage. This grabs the banister of my stairs very nicely.It is pretty maleable and very easily conforms to the shape you bend it in; you can bend the rubber several times in any direction you want. Personally I’d prefer it to be a bit tougher to bend, as the shape of it will change once you actually attach the camera, the weight of the camera pulling the rubber down a bit. But a bit of trial and error with aiming higher than you think, then attaching the camera, solves that issue.Overall, works well once you give it a few tries and figure it out. Would for sure buy again, and recommend to those not looking to drill.

It is strong and holds well. I wanted my cameras kept connected to power and this partially covers the opening to attach the camera to the power source. I easily sliced off some of the rubber to give it a clear path to plug it in and it’s perfect. I have one wrapped around a 6 inch round gutter downspout and one wrapped around a flower pot base.

I use this to apply a camera to a fence; another one in a tree. (I don't recommend tree installations. the wind blows the branches and it sets off a recording). These are super convenient for a fast, no-tool installation. They are very sturdy and pliable to adjust where the camera needs to point. We have a lot of wind to loosen just about anything that should be fixed in place. I don't need more for now, but I'd choose them again. I hope they don't quit producing them. ...great product.

Does a decent job of suspending a camera in "odd" places, but you the end that screws into the camera is too wide and interferes with the opening where you plug in power. If I have to access the camera to keep changing the batteries, it's use becomes a bit limited in terms of where you can hang it.

This was to set up my Arlo camera for my front door. Since I rent, can't make holes or tamper with wiring etc. So this was perfect to wrap around the light. It's not noticeable and is secure.

Had another brand which is round - has trouble staying in place. This product design has some flatness to it, so it won't roll around on you - very good. Material is sturdy and the shipping was quick. Great value for the proce -= recommend this product over the round-shaped ones.
