assembly isn't easy to put it mildly.. I couldn't to it. My friend who's good at assembling stuff couldn't do it, so we asked another friend who's been putting stuff together since she was a kid to do it. She looked at the instructions and couldn't make sense of them. so she just looked at the picture and used her intuition.I ordered two sets. The first one took her a while to figure out, the 2nd one went much faster.But AFTER they were assembled they were beautiful and appeared to be sturdy. I ordered sets not only because they were attractive, but also because they had arms, easier for people who are a bit shaky to seat themselves.This set deserves a 5 star review for the beauty. If only the assembly instructions were clearer, and if the parts fit together easily without being kind of forced.Edit: 6-4-23: The table top isn't completely flat, the flowers kind of stick out a bit, which makes setting a glass on the table problematic.

I purchased this set to replace a resin bistro set that was smashed when a tree came down in a storm. This set not only is reasonably priced, and comes right to the door with free shipping, but includes everything you need to put it together. It comes with two little plastic wrenches which is a nice touch if you want someone to work on one chair while you work on the other. It comes with a tiny metal wrench also because the arms of the chairs secure with little metal screws and bolts. All other pieces have screw-on type plastic nuts. What I really like are the cross members on the chairs and the table. This really adds to the rigidity of all pieces. The chair say they will hold 250 lb and I believe it. There are holes in the cross member pieces and I put pots of flowers in them (second photo) and I love the look. I didn't notice from the amazon photo that the chairs have arms. They are actually a really nice touch and give the chair a more secure feeling. In other words you don't even feel like you're on outdoor or patio type furniture. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. And I may have to if another tree comes down. Hahaha. I've attached a photo. Really easy and quick to put together too.

I needed a light weight set that I could easily lift and move and this bistro is just that. The chairs are sturdy and comfortable. Had I gotten a metal set the chairs wouldn't be comfortable and they would be too heavy to lift for me. It took about an hour to put together. The arms on the chairs are a huge plus. The table is a little wobbly when leaning pressure against it but it holds the weight of items just fine. I want to add a round glass top to the table to have a smooth surface that will be easy to clear. This set looks like a high end bistro from a few feet away. It was priced well and It's durable. It will be a low maintenance set because of the resin material it's made out of. No rusting or painting will be necessary to keep it's look.

This set has met my expectations. I was looking for something that would remind me of an English garden. I also wanted lightweight, which it is.I really like the feature of it having plant pots under the seat and you could also put one under the table top.Assembly was pretty basic but you have to force some of the pieces into their place. The trick with anything you put together is to not tighten anything until everything is together. One of the little wrenches they provided (silver one) was useless. It was too big to tighten the provided nuts/bolts.I noticed the table is a little warped looking on top but it should hopefully be able to hold a cup of coffee or other beverage.The timeline of delivery was a little slow but I would still make the purchase again as the good points have come out ahead.

This was so very easy to put together that I really didn't need the printed directions. I assembled the table and chairs and at first, left the plastic nuts a bit loose until I was sure I had all the pieces in the proper place. The chairs are very sturdy, with a weight limit of 250lbs. The table is just a little less sturdy, possibly because it has 3 legs, not 4. I like that it came with 2 wrenches and a screw drive so I didn't have to 'borrow' my husbands. The arms on the chairs add to the charm of this set. Chairs and table flex ever so slightly when you sit or lean on them.

The set is lovely and I’m pleased with the purchase. I would like to note that it takes quite a bit of strength to assemble it and I needed help to get the final pieces together because they had to bend to get into place. The assembly, in my opinion, was not as easy as other reviews claimed.

As many others previously complained, my chairs could not be set up do to incompatible parts. The plastic is insanely difficult to bend and therefore cannot be bent to fit into the holes it is meant to. I have attached a photo so others can see how off the placement is (about 0.5 inches, Maybe more). I am currently waiting for a return label so I can return this product. I am not interested in receiving a replacement due to this ongoing issue. 2 stars is for the table I was able to easily set up. Its sturdy and gets the job done, but unfortunately it will be going back with the chairs so I can get a full refund.Also, I've included a photo of the "instructions" which are very hard to see and understand.

One chair cant be put together! I dont want a discount. I want the completed set. I spent 2 hours of my time putting up a set and now I have to take it apart and send back?! I'm very disappointed in Brylane Home. I ordered this set from your company, because I thought it stood for quality. I see it does not.
