I really love these bags. The long part in the corners keeps the bags from falling back into the waste bin, and then I just tie those ends together to pull the whole thing out to empty into the garbage bin. I’ve never had one break, either. I just wish they would make a compostable bag.

I bought these because I was looking for recycled bags larger than 4 gallons but smaller than 15 gallons. I'm pretty surprised to say that it is not at all easy to find products matching my needs, but these bags seemed to come as close as possible.The product description says "Contains up to 50 percent total recycled content" but the box itself says nothing at all about the recycled content so I am a bit sceptical as to whether or not these actually contain recycled content. So for that reason I doubt that I will order these again unless I can find something say that they do indeed contain a lot (or any) recycled content.The bags seem very thin and I was worried that they would tear, but so far they have not so I'm pretty happy with the performance. Just not sure about whether these really contain recycled content or not.

We have waste baskets that fit inside our kitchen cabinet and they’re on the smaller side. These bags fit perfectly and were a pretty good deal for the number of bags received. They’re a little on the thin side but we rarely actually fill a bag before replacing it with a new one so they’re working out for us.

A little thin compared to the Kirkland bags I was using. I wouldn't be confident putting the rinds of a pineapple or a folded disposal pan.Update. These bags are as good as Kirkland. Proven to be strong & cost effective.

I have been having issues finding small trash bags for wastebaskets in my house. These are a great size and fit even my largest wastebaskets easily. They are a bit thin but should work fine for our misc trash bits around the house.

I'm using this for a slightly different purpose. I buy the Tidy Cats 35 lb pail of clumping kitty litter. The pail has a snap sealable lid on it. I double bag these and line one of the empty pails with them. Similar to lining a small trash can. Wow, i get a lot of waste in there and the double bagging seals it tight. With the snap lid on the pail, zero smell. It easily holds 10-20 lbs of waste. Can go a couple of weeks before I have to reline the pail. What a huge time saver and keeps having to dispose of waste daily in shopping sacks or whatever else is handy. Just drop a full load into my outside garbage can every couple of weeks.

I have a small ash can in my garage that i put cat litter in to. These bags fit perfectly in the can. I use one bag with a bungee cord around it to "line' the can. Then I put a second bag into that to put the litter in. That way there are 2 bags in the can but I'm only every changing out one of them...Never had any issues with any of the bags ripping. They are very easy to tell which side is the "top" and they are very easy to get open. I hope these are available for a long time...

The "ears" work as expected, a big improvement over regular trash bags. A very good buy, especially in 8 gal size.Comparison: I wanted a drawstring bag, like many 13 gal bags, but the 8 gal is a low demand size, and it looks like drawstrings are just not worth it in this size. I did find some 8 gal drawstring bags, but there are several styles that fit specific models of their trash cans, and I couldn't make heads or tails if they would work in a standard trash can. Also expensive. However, I didn't contact anyone to see if any could be used.
