This product is a literal joke. I ended up with a mess on my face and a mess on my bathroom counter. I’m still working on the mess. No go for me

The wax is tricky to work with; it hardens too quickly, so there’s barely any optimal time to use it effectively. You’ll need to keep reheating it and then wait for it to cool down each time.

I expected it to cool then become hard but it never did that. It stayed sticky the whole time. Did not work quite as expected.

Very easy to use ! And they started adding the wooden sticks to apply which is helpful! Lasts multiple uses .

The descriptions says no strips needed and even the box says no strips needed. Once you open the box and read the directions it clearly states you need strips. There are no strips with the kit. I have tried to buy strips in local pharmacies with no luck. I thought I would follow the directions to see how it would work if I had strips. Directions say heat for 30 seconds and then 15 seconds at a time until the wax gets to a thin consistency when you stir it. Not to exceed 1 minute. At close to 2 minutes total the wax is still not a thin consistency. Without strips, this is useless anyway, but I hoped I could improvise something. In my opinion this was a waste of money. Hope my salon will be bale to open soon, so I can go back to a professional for my lip wax.

If you are first timer using hard wax, thia isn't for you. This needs practice. Had a tough time with qax breaking up and no single pull. Had various small patches left on skin and had to scrub off. Will recommend only for those pro at using it.
