Perfect lift for us.
Perfect lift for my mother who’s been bedridden for 4 years now due to Alzheimer’s disease. I love seeing her face light up when I use it to sit her in front of the living room windows to enjoy the morning sunshine. It’s nice to bring her into the kitchen while I’m cooking so she can enjoy the familiar smells. It definitely brings her joy when I get let her taste the various things I’m cooking for her. It’s perfect for just getting her lifted up so I can rock her back and forth. I have a background in medicine so I’m familiar with these devices but there’s tons of videos on YouTube if you’re not. Please familiarize yourself with how to use this properly or you’ll be calling an ambulance.

Missing Chains
The Chains that were suppose to be with the product never showed up with it at all. The harness did come with it but never the chains. Did arrive a day early which is a plus.

Great product
I bought this for my family member that can't walk right know. It works great. I have carpet, so it does need more strength to push or pull it compared to wood floor.

Fantastic customer service
Assembled and it looks great. I want to mention both the seller and the distributor. When I unboxed and started to assemble the lift, I could not make sense of attaching the swivel. I contacted the manufacturer assuming a part was wrong. I also shot out a message to the seller. Withing 30 minutes I had the issue resolved. The manufacturer had put the boom on backwards. I took it off and reversed it and the lift is wonderful. Haven't needed it yet ( I purchased because my wife has dementia and cannot get off the floor ). But the customer service was so fantastic it had to be brought up.

it was easy to put together but I didn't receive the chains to go with it.

PIECE OF CRAP JUNK SHOWED UP WITH A BROKEN BRAKE WHEEL THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND A REPLACEMENT WHEEL THEY LIED, NO WHEEL THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCT

Easy to use
We got this for our 99 year old mom, whi broke her leg just above her knee. No weight on the leg for at least 12 weeks. This is easy to use and is much safer (and better) than multiple people picking her up with a blanket to put her in her chair. One does need room to maneuver the lift.
