This is an update after using for a month. This came less than half filled. The hard central heating piece could be felt easily and hence not comfortable to put below back. They had given a nozzle but no instructions on how to fill it. There is a rubber dot but not clear whether it can be opened without damaging it. Last time, we had ordered the piesome model and it had come well filled and was comfortable. I ordered this as Piesome did not accept orders for pin code 400091 for some strange reason.However, I loosened the white rubber plug and filled it with water using the small funnel. It has to be done carefully as the funnel is small and easily overflows. After drying, I used it and it is working well. It is comfortable and has a similar performance to Piesome. I am upgrading it to four star.

Pathetic product, not working- cheatedThe bag does not contain the gel which it promises to has. Completely disappointed with the product. It does not have any tool to fill the bag with water also. Dont know how will I fill the water in this bagThe product is not working. The pad isnnot taking the charge. Pathetic product. I want to return but it is not returnable. Such cheats these people are. I have been using it every month on my first day of period for the last 18 months. Charges completely in 10-15 minutes. After a while, heat retention decreases but still worth the money. Portable. Keeps me warm and relieves my cramps, stomach ache and back ache

Price is a real bargain for two bags.There was absolutely no leakage of water which makes it very easy to use.The only con that I found was the cloth/material is a bit too thin due to which this bad becomes too hot to touch when it reaches auto cut point as compared to my previous hot bag from a different brand & store.

The product didn't come in the same pattern . But the quality is good. Also it takes longer time for the light to turn off ( as it is said that it will be turned off within 7-12 mintues , which is the time to unplug and use the item )
