Works Great!!
Worked perfectly on my panosonic vhs/dvd recorder. I had an RCA. Universal remote but could not go up and down or select channels, switch from dvd to vhs. This was just as good as original remote, very happy!

Buyer Beware!
Although it says that it will, it does not work with a Panasonic DMR-EZ485V. An error code "RC2" showed up on the VCR panel, but when I tried to reset the remote with the instructions give on the Panasonic website, it would not let me make any changes.

doesn't have full control of dvd functions
Other than hitting the play function, I found that I could do better by hitting the control buttons on the DVD. player. I was unable to search a DVD using the fast forward and back buttons. Very frustrating.
