Simple - Does the Job - Real Glass Tube
Simple enough. Fill water to blue line. Fill the rest with E-85. Let the water separate form the fuel and you can see clearly what % Ethanol is in the fuel. It's just a glass tube and a couple eye droppers. Nothing complex.

It works as long as you are running true E85. However, it doesn't do you much good for pump E85 as it doesn't read low enough to show the 63-67% ethanol content found in pump E85

Needed a test fast. Just installed an ethanol content monitor that is Bluetooth but the app seems to have a learning curve and there is no online help. Plus I already filled my tank with e85 and right he different readings on my app I wanted to make sure I got this test kit went and asked if they have the same delivery of e85 or new. Luckily it wasn’t a new fuel out in. Got a sample followed the instructions. From now on will use this test before I put a whole tank in and also would buy again. The tube is glass and that is good for solvent use.
