VigasMart 2 IN 1 MESTAR IRON PRO Hair Straightener Curler

This product is falsely advertised as being ceramic plated. It does not work to straighten my hair, it doesn't work to curl my hair - it just flat out doesn't work. I am super unhappy that it was falsely advertised and I'm hoping the company will do the right thing and refund me my money but that hasn't happened yet.

This product just doesn't work and believe me I tried. Doesn't straighten and definitely doesn't curl. There were many of us who have tried and my hair has a natural curl to it. I wanted the nice big curls but it just pulled my hair out. Don't buy and one day late to return.

I got disappointed with this curling Iron, when you adjust the heat only had 220 C , I been trying this for over a week and concept ok, but the performance not quite good

Was excited to have a way to curl or straighten in one iron. The straighten works good, the curl not so much. Hair gets caught up when trying to rotate per the instructions. Tried multiple times and barely got a wave. My hair is just past shoulder length and have used curling irons for years, this one looks easy in the videos but is definitely not as protayed. Might work better for shorter hair.

I did alot of research and watched alot of how to videos before purchasing. I just received this and took me about 10 mins to get the hang of it. There is a process to this and you have to do it correctly or it absolutely will not work. Do research on how to before using! Great product!

Very vague instructions, hard to use, plates didn't heat up very well, and when I requested a return the company wouldn't pay for shipping costs... decided to sell on social media because it cost just as much to return ship it than to buy it originally... very disappointed.
