The Beatles - A Tribute to their Greatest Hits

I've always been a fan of tributes and covers. It gives me a chance to sorta re-hear my favorite songs differently to enhance the listening of songs that I've heard for decades. It's why I also like demo and live tracks. This is an uncommon approach, a single band does 10 cds of one band, in this case, a band that can be tributed 10 cds worth cuz baby, as we know, they had gebaws of tremendous tunes. The music is done nicely and it's admirable covers of the songs. And at the cut rate price, well worth it given my preferences. There's like 3 or 4 tribute cds of the Clash you can get on amazon and they really enhance the Clash listening experience. This set sorta supplements the Beatles albums with a few pleasant surprises. Worth it. And, God bless cuz it's a short life.

Not even remotely sound like Beatles together as a group. I understand that two of original Beatles participated in this album, but it does not even come close to what I expected. And a lot of songs I have never heard of. However, 10 cd set for $20 is a bargain. And it was a gift, so fortunately I do not have hear it again.

I am a life long Beatle collector. Apart from listening to the original Beatle music, I enjoy listening to various artists interpretations of the canon. ie blue, Jazz, heavy metal, and attempts to sound like etc.This 10 record set is the closest by far to the originals. So close in fact if you have the originals there’s no need to bother with these. But if you want fake originals, then these are for you. In the process you will save your self a ton of money.

Hier klingen die Beatles-Titel auf dem heutigen Stand der Technik, natürlich nicht von den Original-Beatles gesungen und gespielt, sondern in Cover-Versionen. Gefällt mir dennoch sehr gut, weil hervorragend gemacht.

Excellent album tribute. La musique est de grande qualité et fidèle à l'original. Seule la voix sur certaines chansons ne peuvent tromper le monde mais cela reste malgré tout un très bon coffret
