capsules have air
i take several gel cap supplements, these gel caps are difficult to swallow. i have to bite the air out to get them down. it is an irritating addition to my routine. will look for another brand in the future.

I took it a month and I really can’t tell a difference
I was told I have liver stagnation and this product is supposed to help. I was really hopeful but I still have pms and to make my periods less painful but so far not much change
