It’s a good kit, just missing a few parts
I have a triple axle boat trailer I am upgrading. It has old mobile home axles and did not have any inserts in the springs. The spring eyes were close to 11/16 but not close enough for the bushings. I ordered two of the “used but like new” kits, but only received one and it was missing several pieces. I ordered a 3rd kit so I would have enough parts to complete. Seller needs to make sure the kits are complete. I had to ream out the spring eyes and the bushing on my installing. Using their suggested method of hammering in the bushing I think having a reamer set it a must. Should be a great improvement over my worn out mobile home hardware once I get all the parts. Expect incomplete kits if you order used.

What an upgrade!
I used this kit to replace the stock stuff on a bass boat trailer. I wish the trailer manufacturer would have built the trailer with this quality product. Significant upgrade in the strength of the shackles. All bolts and equalizers can be serviced with grease. I believe this kit will add years to the trailer life.

QUALITY PRODUCT & HUGE- improvment over the OEM
I don't understand the negative reviews, i received a quality product, everything worked as intended. torqued each locknut to +/-50lb, removed all nylon bushings, installed the brass ones... FIT PERFECTLY!!! Installation took 3 or so hours to R&R both sides.Installed this kit on my 2014 Puma, 36' toyhauler. I would encourage everyone to inspect the stabilizers between the axels for wear and tear- the bolts bulled through the eyelets- complete metal failure on OEM from factory.I'll add a pic later.

Quality
I installed these on a 26" two axle travel trailer. I am not a mechanic, but can do oil changes and some other minor maintenance. Instructions were clear. I watched a few you tubes and tackled one side at a time. Went well. Now the 15 year old Travel Trailer is quiet and the parts are lubed. Would recommend on a unit that is a bit squeaky in the chassis. Incidentally the old Nylon/plastic bushing were worn out.

Huge improvement and upgrade
This kit completely rid my suspension of the annoying and embarrassing squeaks as you travel. My old plastic bushings were shot in the leaf springs and equalizers. Strongly recommend having a decent knowledge of mechanics and a good set of tools. Don't be a hammer mechanic....bushings are meant to be pressed in. do things the right way and it'll make install much easier in the long run. If there's any questions or doubts just have a professional do the job. Overall this kit is a huge upgrade, highly recommend.

very good upgrade to your trailer.
The parts fit good I had no issues installing the kit. You need a good set of jack stands and strong jacks to be safe. Follow the instructions and you will be able to install the parts without any issues. To set the bolts you have to use a hammer don't try to tighten the nuts this could result in the nuts stripping as reported on some of reviews. Highly recommended you Google How to install shackle upgrade kit there is several videosthat show step by step how to do it.

Every Trailer Should Have These
The factory shackles are wafer thin and cannot handle the constant wear and tear in a utility trailer suspension. The Dexter heavy duty suspension kit solved my issues of worn and broken shackles. With the bolts having grease fittings, it will add years to the life of these parts and my trailers suspension. Well worth the cost.

Must have upgrade on any trailer
Did my tandem Axle trailer in about 3 hours. Including doing an Axle lift kit. Just stop procrastinating and buy this kit. For the $200 it's well worth it.
