Very impressed with this dog barrier!! It is sturdy and not difficult to put up. I would recommend having a helper when you install it because the clips can be a bit challenging to clip in. It does not rattle or bang around when you drive and there is nothing that can scratch or hurt the pet or your car seats. It keeps my large dogs in the back and safe so they don’t jump around. It also folds down flat when not in use. It is definitely worth the price!

We had the standard barrier that goes from the floor to the ceiling, but our dogs would get caught up on it and no matter how tight we made it, the legs would easily shift making the whole barrier fall down. We hated it! So we decided to try this barrier instead, and we're SO glad we did! First off, we're using it in a Chevy Equinox for reference. It works perfectly! We read the reviews that said the clips break easily or that it wasn't sturdy enough. We experienced none of that. Because of those reviews, we were careful with the clips, but they just snapped in place as shown on the video (watch that video if you haven't - it shows how easy the process is). Once attached to the headrests, it is solid. I thought the dogs might be able to push it down from the top, but NOPE! It's very good for keeping they back there where they belong. There is a fair amount of space on the sides - you can slip your hand through there, but it hasn't been an issue for our dogs (we have 2 labX's). I think it might be an issue for smaller dogs depending on how the angles of the barrier conform to the angles of your vehicle. All in all, we are very happy with this product and would recommend it to others, especially if you're tired of fighting with the conventional floor-to-ceiling barriers that don't stay in place, and that take up too much space because the back seat is not bold upright.

Installed fine in a 2011 Subaru Forester. The plastic hooks that wrap around the headrest post are very cheap and begin to deform under even light to moderate pressure, but it is enough to hold the unit place somewhat securely. Should work if your dog is small and/or doesn't try too hard to push through it. The plastic clips that attach the wing panels to the main panel are quite solid and require significant force to install and remove, much more secure than I expected. The wing panels do droop on the sides a bit over time just due to the design. This doesn't cause a problem, but is potentially an aesthetic annoyance. One star off for janky hook/clamp construction, but works as intended and overall seems hard to beat for the money.

Concept is good, but you get what you pay for. The hardware to put it together is cheap plastic and the clips that hold the barrier pieces together were very hard to attach and three of the eight you need splintered while trying to attach, it is a very very tight fit. Ended up using zip ties for 3 the that broke, and actually that worked much better that the clips. Additionally, the hooks that attach to the headrest are also cheap plastic and I used bungie cords in addition to the hooks to get a more secure fit. Tried it out and it worked fine for the puppy, as he grows, I may need to invest in a higher quality barrier. If the hardware was better, I'd give it 5 stars as the fit was great in my Subaru Forester.

This is great! Love the price point and it fits my suv perfectly. I feel my dogs are more safely secured now. The only word of advice I have is - when installing, don't over twist the bolts. The plastic bit snapped when my husband over tightened it. Thankfully, it was an easy fix with a quick trip to the hardware store, which in my opinion is a plus, making it more likely to last longer if parts are readily available. It looks great and works perfectly as well.

I would write one but UPS decided to mark my package as delivered and it never was but to tell you the honest truth about this product I bought it twice before for a separate truck. It's awesome

Got this for my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness as I was tired of my dogs tearing up the interior from letting them hang out with the back seats down. Overall fitment in the Outback as you can see in the 1st picture conforms decently with the gap between the back seat/roof. Do note that if you want to be able to drop the rear seats down without removing the bracket you will have to drop the grate down a little bit lower, at least in the Gen 6 Outbacks. Overall I gave this 4 stars, it is certainly serviceable and works as described, and given that the nicer barriers from Subaru or TravelAll are in the $250-$300 range, it seems short term to be decent value for the money. Having said that however just a few minor changes could make this into a fantastic product, even if the cost were bumped up by $10-$20. The brackets that connect to the head rest post rely on the hook clicking onto the post, but when you tighten the bolts into the brackets, the ends of the bolts do not have a threaded hole to go into, they simply tighten against the post if you have them lined up right or in my case in the 2nd picture, due to the angle they just tighten and then start hitting the other side of the hook or floating off into empty space. If the product came with two pairs of the mounting assembly so it could mount to both posts of both headrests and/or the hook bracket itself had a threaded return hole for the bolt to thread into (preferably a metal threading of course) this would allow the product to tighten much better and reliably against the posts. I have only driven a few hours with this on but it seems reasonably sturdy but we'll see how it does in the long run. I was tempted due to the low price to buy a second one so I could get another pair of head rest post mounts but for the time being I will live with it. I saw in some reviews that customers indicated the product was loose/flapped/rattled. I experienced the same thing and was very disappointed in the product, however in my rush to assemble it I didn't notice that in the instructions it points out that it includes two different length bolts for the attachment points to the rear head rests. After swapping the longer bolts I had originally used for the shorter ones, overall, it feels fairly sturdy considering it's just hanging onto the two head rest posts with the very rudimentary hook shaped bracket. I have not noticed any vibration or movement while driving so far. The installation is not hard but can be annoying if you're doing it by yourself as you need to hold the metal grates at the appropriate height while trying to attach the headrest brackets/tighten them down, but it's doable. Having said that I would probably be unhappy if I needed to remove/reinstall this product on a regular basis in order to drop the rear folding seats. Overall if you're looking for a budget orient barrier, this is a solid choice.

Relativ schwere und stabile Qualität für den günstigen Preis, wir waren positiv überrascht. Einfache Anbringung an den Kopfstützen. Wir haben vorher gemessen und uns für die höhere Variante entschieden, diese passt perfekt in unseren SUV. Die Seitenteile kann man mit den beiliegenden Klemmen direkt am Mittelteil anbringen. Wenn es bei uns nicht so perfekt gepasst hätte, dann hätte ich die Seitenteile einfach mit Kabelbindern am Mittelteil etwas niedriger angebracht, da die Klammern nur an den äußeren dicken Streben passen. Wir sind glücklich und zufrieden denn jetzt bleibt unsere Leder-Rücksitzbank von den Krallen unserer Hündin verschont.

This product is really well-made and super easy to set up. It's sturdy, and the material feels top-notch. I'd definitely recommend it to others. Plus, it's taller than most others I've seen, which is pretty cool.

Es sencillo de implementar (aunque toma un poco de tiempo, pero es relativamente claro como se hace) y ya hemos usados dos en distintos coches. El único problema es que la cuerdapara los tornillos del gancho es un poco endeble o muy suave, no entra muy fácil. Pero considerando el costo, ha funcionado muy bien.
