Extant Labs Alpha Sauce: Competition Gun Oil - 2oz Bottle

I enjoy Alpha Sauce because it appears to be able to stay where you put it and cleans up well. It's viscous and has a lot of similarities to "Slip2000 30" which is my go to brand One small area where I think Alpha sauce differs and excels is that it's kind of sticky. In my pro opinion I think this is a plus because it helps it stay where it needs to be. Maybe sticky isn't the right word but its viscosity leads it to be a better gel.I have many oils and lubes for guns and like this one as a close second to slip2000 30 weight. I am intrigued by the brand and plan on buying some of the other items available.

This is the second bottle of this product that I have purchased, first from Amazon. I also have the gun cleaning product Break Contact which is not yet on Amazon. It’s not your dad’s Hoppes or Rem Oil. It is a high-quality gun lubricant for expensive platforms, 1911s, ARs and other quality firearms you want to lubricate and protect. I used to use another quality product and like other gun owners, needed proof as to quality to make a change. Just got lube combined with the gun cleaning solvent which is environmentally safe, my gun cleaning time is cut significantly and the safety and long-term protection of my firearms is insured. I look forward to finding additional products from this company on Amazon.

Goes where you need it. Stays where you want it. Doesn’t wait a couple hours then ooze out like others I’ve tried. I was skeptical at first but as others have said this is the best stuff on the market. My 1911 runs like a wet dream and just used it on a new ar build. Nothing but great stuff.

The media could not be loaded.  It brought the knife. And the slide on the pistol, to life. Outstanding.

The needle tip makes it easy to apply. The oil seems to work very well.
