Fuser does not work, tried two of them
Unfortunately the fuser did not work out of this kit. The fuser was the main reason I purchased this kit, and that it was a great price. When installed, the fuser is not really recognized by the printer. The printer comes up with an error that the fuser needs to be re-seated. Of course I tried that many times, with the same results. When I install the old fuser back into the printer, it boots up and runs with no issues. Amazon sent me a replacement, but that one produced the same results. Check the other reviews, I am not the only one with this experience. I was really hoping that it would work, especially the second one.

Fuser they shipped me didn't work. I requested a new one and the new one doesn't work either.

Not everything worked for me
First of all - don't let this picture fool you - the photo is of the fuser only - even though the kit includes 3 small rollers, 1 fuser, and 1 transfer belt. I really only needed the transfer belt but the kit was cheaper. I'm only giving this 3 stars because the fuser didn't work - but fortunately I really needed the transfer belt. Tried re-seating the fuser several times - could never get the printer to recognize / kept erroring out - so I left the original installed. Considered returning but I really needed to get back up-and-running - and since I didn't need the fuser, I decided to keep it. WIsh the picture were more clear - it's all 3 products - not just the item in the photo.

Ordered this when our printer was indicating it was time for a new kit. The kit came quickly, and my tech was able to install with no problem.

Substitute replacement for DELL
Was almost the same as if ordering from DELL directly, but much easier to get. Dell did not offer such kit to the consumer without their own agents giving you a part number, which I could not get.
