Cute, but can be painful
I bought the 12mm 16g for my conch piercing. I have had the earring in for a couple of months now. Here are some pros and cons.Pros— super cute. The metal and diamond pieces sparkle and are great for sensitive ears. The “U” shape is a fun change from the classic hoop. The metal holds up well in the shower and even in the salty beach.Cons— incredibly hard and frustrating to put on by yourself. The little diamond piece is so tiny it’s hard to get a grasp on it to screw it into the post. It took me 30 minutes to get the earring on. Due to the small size of the diamond screw, I lost one of the gems, thank goodness it came with two earrings and I only have one conch pierced, I was able to just use the second earring. Also, the earring is very uncomfortable. The diamond and the prongs are very sharp and dig into my ears, especially while sleeping. However, the “U” shape allows you to move the earring around to allow for more comfort if needed.Over all I have enjoyed these earrings and will continue to wear them, and for the price, it’s a great value.

Perfect for septum or nipples.
I bought this to use as a septum ring and it fits beautifully. I bought the 3/8 ring (middle size). It's not too small and not too big- fits my nose just right! It came with two rings. Which, these could also work as nipple rings- I'm thinking of buying more for that reason. It's extremely difficult to find *quality* internally threaded jewelry for this price.Internally threaded body jewelry is always the way to go (especially with newer piercings), in my opinion! They don't irritate the piercing and reduce the risk of infection. Read this short article about internal vs. external jewelry: http://tattoo.about.com/od/piercingsgeneralinfo/a/jewelrythreads.htmThe only issue I had is the diamonds are a bit irritating when flipped up in my nose. I'm still giving it 5 stars just because it is so cute, cheap, and is internally threaded!

Looks great, but difficult to get in
I love the way these look! But sadly it took an hour for me to get both of them in... I think it was worth it though. I bought the smallest pair and I'm loving the fit!

Good lip ring!
Very cute and super sparkly! Some reviewers have complained that it's very difficult to screw in the ends, and I'll agree, but that's a positive in my view because that means that the ends are much less likely to screw themselves off. I also love how small it is - a lot of horseshoe rings are WAY too big for my piercing and look awkward, not to mention get in the way when I talk, chew, etc. The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is because it didn't stay super sparkly for long. However, I use it as a lip ring and so food, drinks, makeup, etc. are constantly all over it, so that's sort of to be expected.

Love it!
I love it! I know the pictures aren't perfect but it got the 5/16th for my cartilage and absolutely love it. Now I am getting my Daith pierced and put the other one there when it heals.

Not easy to screw on but super cute
I just got these today and immediately cleaned one to put in my tragus. I stood there for a solid 15 minutes trying to screw the stone on. I was tempted to super glue it on in my desperation to just make it work. Thankfully my boyfriend came to the rescue and prevented me from making a very poor decision. With that being said, it looks super cute and I hope it holds up. Have someone else help you!!!

Looks and feels great!
I was a bit nervous when I ordered these because I thought it might be hard to sleep on, but I was wrong! It doesn't disrupt my sleep whatsoever and it's very comfortable to wear. It came in a pack of two, and I chose the 10mm option. It also looks fantastic! I like the fact that you can wear it two different ways (for my cartilage piercing): with the gems out or to the side so it looks more like a ring. The one thing that made me knock a star off is the fact that the gems are difficult to screw in; however, my boyfriend was able to do it easily so if you have some help, I'd definitely recommend these earrings.

Great!
I purchased this for my helix and it looks awesome! I wanted a ring since they're healthier for the piercing but didn't want the stereotypical "grunging" spikes...this was a great alternative! I'm not grunge and this is a cute and classy option for more ~preppy~ girls like me. The hoop was a little thicker for my piercing than anticipated but it got through. The little diamonds are extremely small so be careful not to lose them (trust me on this). The screws are also very small so be patient trying to get them in...I also twist the screws in a few times a day just as a precaution to not losing them! Overall, I love this ring and would suggest you make the purchase!
