Got this as a gift and he loved it. He moved all of his old supplies from a shoe box into this. He said it made shining his shoes much easier. It came perfectly packaged for a gift and made the presentation great. A great gift for a stylish man who is hard to shop for! The pic was taken seconds before he started. I wasnt able to get a pic of the shined shoe but everything looked great and it made his shoes look new again. He loves it and said it’s a good quality.

I was very impressed with the beautiful wood case. It’s a work of art that makes it so convenient to polish our shoes. My wife will be very happy seeing how my shoes are normally shiny now that I have one of these on our shoe rack going forward bro our house from the garage and at my office at work. Making it easy and handy is the key for me. This kit was the perfect answer.

I got this as a gift for my partner, who's a bit of a stickler with leather care. They loved it! I ended up getting them a set of brushes to complement it, but this was just what they wanted! The box is lovely and sturdy, with plenty of space to store a modest leather care collection. Great gift!

I like this shine box but it was a little smaller than I thought. The finish is good and the wood seems stout. I can store my shine products in there with room. The only thing so far I don't care for is the hinges. They are thin and flimsy. I will replace them with a stronger set from the hardware store. I will be using this 2 or 3 times a week for my own shoes and need something reliable. This is a nice kit and the accessories that come with it will work for what I'm looking for right now. Be advised that the Valet Box, Daubers, Brushes and Shoe Horn are all made in China. The only portion that may be made in the USA is the shoe polish however the cans state they are manufactured for SC Johnson and Son with no indication of the origin.

It was a gift for my husband. Him and his father we get up early on the weekends and shine everyone shoes. His father passed away when he was a young teenager and this is one of his Fondest Memories. The shoe shine kit that he had with his father the stolen. So I got him this shoe shine kit so he could keep the memory going with our son and could always remember his father and the times they shared shining shoes together. He was so surprised on Christmas morning when he opened it. He absolutely loves it. I can't thank you enough

I have bought about 8 of these over the years because I think it makes a good graduation gift for a young man finishing high school or college. They have so many interviews, internships, business trips, important meetings, etc in their future -- it's so nice to have a handy box to keep their shoe shine supplies tidy and close at hand. I always add an adhesive, brass name plate (get it one etsy) to the front of the box to personalize this gift. The shoe shine box is practical and handsome.

Perfect size to store your shoe shine tools. Easily fits multiple brushes, cloths, and polish containers. Sturdy construction. The polishes that were included are a good quality. Overall an excellent value.

It is somewhat small, but I was alerted to that by other reviewers before I bought it, and am fine with size. The hinges and latch are fine, so I don't see a problem there. I would have preferred Kiwi's natural applicator brushes rather than the plastic sponge applicators included, so I went out and bought some. Even with added brushes, everything fits fine, both inside the box and where I need to store it, so all in all, I am very happy with it!
