Wonderful Taste and Texture.
Use this for making cornbread with 50% course and 50% medium ground. My husband makes a double recipe in a cast iron pan. Everyone has raved about the taste.

Cornbread does taste like good old fashioned cornbread. But the texture is too coarse. A little more expensive but am glad we could purchase it from Amazon as no stores around us carry good cornmeal.
