Terrific product. I am allergic to iron and iodine. I tried over 10 brands and this is the best.

Been buying this vegetarian multiple vitamin for years. Why in the world other vitamin companies use gelatin (read: ground up animal hooves) in their products is beyond me. Aside from that, you just take one normal size pill instead of one or two enormous ones that would choke a horse.

Large capsules takes a long time to dissolve

My old brand of vitamin capsules had been discontinued, so after much research & comparison, I settled on Nature's Life without Iron. (I take Iron separately.) I just finished my first bottle.The only bad point about these vitamins is that, to me, they smell awful! I also get a slight awful taste before I can get one swallowed. That's the reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5.However, the good news is that the capsule *does not* upset my stomach in any way, although I do take it after a meal. I also do not get that icky odd aftertaste that I used to get sometimes with my old vitamins. Other good points are that these Nature's Life viatmins seem very effective and are easy to swallow.

This is great for people like me who are on thyroid medicine and have to stay away from iron and iodine supplements which interfere with our medication. Such a multi-vitamin is hard to find in stores so I am thankful that Amazon carries this product!

Best vitamins there are...everything one needs and no gelatin!

Great vitamin and does not contain Iron or Iodine.
