****3rd Edit for a 3rd set***Just installed another set into my 2013 Escalade.Folled the same install steps and they are perfect!Decided to pick up a used escalade while we wait for our Yukon. These fit perfectly in the rear windows***EDIT**I own both Type A on my XC90 and Type B on my MDX.Type B was purchased in March of 2016 and they are still going strong, great quality and no issues with the actual shade, 6 YEARS LATER!The only thing i have had to do was replace the two sided tape twice over the last SIX years. once was because of my son at the time (2 yrs old) would like to stick his toys under and pry it up. the other was just because the car sat in the sun under a car cover for almost 6 months waiting on a part. the 3m tape that I had put on (not the tape that came with it) had softened and came off.Type A was purchased in June of 2018, great quality and no issues with the actual shade, almost 4 YEARS LATER! Ive only had one issue and that was quickly resolved by customer service.The quality of these is top notch and I truly think these were the best aftermarket purchases for the interior of both of my vehicles in the past 6 years.Well worth the money.To all that are downing the product because it is made in China, does it really matter if its a quality product?These shades are standing the test of tome with a now 8 and 6 year old.I plan to buy another set for my ne Youkon later this month when it gets delivered!***Original Review***These are AMAZING! We have went through about 10 different sets of shades untill we finally found these. They fit the rear windows of our Acura MDX perfectly! The length is perfect, the contour just about matches the roof line. Super easy installation, solid build quality and to top it off shipping was super fast.Don't waste your hard earned money on other inferior shades and get these...

These did not work for my Nissan Rouge. I followed the cleaning instructions, and left the lock tight tape pieces on overnight, with no tension, in hopes they would “cure” to my door. First, my interior door has a texture to it and where the bottom edge of the shade has to adhere to the door, it is manufactured completely flat. However, on the car door where the tape is supposed to adhere, on my vehicle is rounded, not allowing the flat edge of the shade to lock tight with the round door. The minute my son touched the shade the tape pealed up and the entire metal shade was just dangling in his face. We had to pull over on the beltway to take them down and my husband was all, “where the heck did you buy these things!?” Super dangerous. No recommended, just get something else. I also can’t imagine what these could do in an accident. (Gosh forbid)

These blinds were exactly what I wanted. What was a great surprise was that the body was made of metal. All of the ones at the stores were made of plastic so these are much sturdier and feels quality. The packaging was great and the 3M locking strips work great. Easy to install. One note is that if your window curves at all at the top don’t get the straight top one. As the blind will hit the top of the door and cause it not to sit flat. You can see in my picture it starts to hit the back of the blind at the top, just slightly.Either way these cost a little more than all the plastic ones but there are many pros.- You can roll the windows up and down with these still attached. Most other brands you wouldn’t be able to do that.- metal body for durability- easy installation- big 22 inch wide coverage

The Velcro tape is 3M so thought it would work, but it doesn’t stay taped to the window sill so the shades keep flying up when the Velcro fails and hits kids in the car seat—updated reviewI bought more 3M tape and this time I cleaned the window sill with mineral spirits first, and the Velcro tape has been holding fine! The shades look better than anything I’ve seen. Besides not giving proper installation instructions, the fit is not perfect for my Tesla model s. When windows are closed the edges creep into the window sides. Not a big deal but not perfection either. Overall 4 stars if you install tape after alcohol.

I was extremely excited for this product, so I could have something that rolls up and down with the window. I placed the first one and rolled the window up and the little plastic piece below the hook broke.. not really a big deal as the window shade still worked fine. Then I installed the next one and expected the plastic piece to break again, however the metal piece that clips to your window snapped off completely. Pretty upset as that one is now unusable. I’m also concerned about if the first one will snap off in time rolling up and down the window as it catches on the window seal.

Absolutely GREAT!! It actually works…doesn’t fall off when you open the window!!The screen actually goes down when the windows go down and…. It GRABS THE WINDOW TO GO BACK UP!!! NO HASSLE!!Grass I shouldn’t be surprised…it’s made by TESLA! 🙌🏻👏🏻👍🏻Now we need to find one that will fit our Atlas RV!!

The product doesn't account for a sloped Tesla door frame so the shade wrinkles when fully close the window.

We have gotten many years of use of the Retractable shades; and they appear to be well made and made to last. We value the release function which allows us to quickly roll down the window. We recently reached out to the Manufacture EZ Sunshade Inc to get a replacement piece for one of our shades and they were promptly responsive to our inquiry; hoping that these shades stay in production for years to come
